The role requires a BS/BA degree, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with WMS, data analysis, and Excel. You’ll champion safety, 5S, and operational excellence across all materials functions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and 5S in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end material flow, shipping, receiving, and yard operations for a plant value stream.
• Lead a large hourly team across multiple shifts and manage performance metrics.
• Develop and execute SOPs, improve inventory integrity, and optimize throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and safety.
