Job summary

Gulfstream, a division of General Dynamics, invites you to apply for the Summer 2027 Materials & Processes Engineering Collegiate Associate in Savannah, GA. You will work with the Metallics team on testing, characterization, and process development for aircraft materials.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree, maintaining a 3.0+ GPA, and able to work on-site in Savannah during the summer.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in specified disciplines.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded); must be listed on resume.
• Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support metallic materials used in primary and secondary aircraft structures.
• Perform laboratory testing and process development activities.
• Characterize materials and support qualification activities.
• Assist engineering investigations and technical report generation.
• Support production and supplier activities and data analysis.
