Job summary

United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) is hiring a Full Time Materials Manager for New Mexico Surgery Center - Multispecialty in Albuquerque. The role focuses on inventory control, procurement, receiving, stocking, and coordinating with the surgical team to ensure uninterrupted supply flow.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Materials Management or related roles, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in Materials Management or related roles.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with contract management.
• Knowledge of medical supply equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates receiving, processing, distributing, and storing of supplies.
• Ensures healthy flow throughout supply chain.
• Monitor and manage repairs of equipment.
• Maintains and coordinates the inventory system.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.
• Financial analysis as required to support department goals.
• Coordinate with clinicians and managers on patient care and equipment procurement.
• Plans, coordinates and manages all functions associated with Materials Management Supply.
