Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; union experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen required.
• Proven lead model for lean implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of manufacturing schedules.
• Lead production planning and scheduling; optimize material replenishment to meet production targets.
• Manage cycle count systems for inventory accuracy.
• Apply Lean concepts to reduce WIP and improve material flow.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor performance metrics.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and maintenance to meet goals.
• Prepare cost, production, labor, and facility reports.
• Ensure timely receipt and control of materials across shifts.
