Qualifications

• 5+ years in Materials Management in manufacturing
• Experience with ERP/MRP and Warehouse/Inventory software (Genius ERP a plus)
• Lean, 5S training and best practices in operations
• Advanced MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated manager in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide direct reports, set expectations, train, and schedule
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods
• Supervise inventory staff (receiving, cycle counts, materials handlers)
• Ensure inventory is secure, organized and accurately recorded
• Oversee picking, kitting, and on-time material stocking for production
• Manage daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Oversee month-end and year-end inventory processes
• Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy in the Inventory System
• Improve procedures for efficient materials flow and production support
