Chamberlain Group is seeking a Materials Manager to lead warehousing, receiving, purchasing, and supply chain planning. You will guide a team of buyers and analysts, align ERP/MRP inputs, and partner with suppliers to ensure on-time production and cost improvements.

Responsibilities include managing stock levels, implementing reorder points, forecasting material needs, and driving KPI-based performance. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years' related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain or operations management.
• 7+ years in purchasing, planning, warehousing or inventory management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP and MRP.
• Strong data analysis and communication of supply chain information.
• Able to travel up to 10% domestically.

Responsabilités

• Lead warehousing and receiving departments, staffing and performance.
• Direct purchasing buyers and supply chain analysts; set priorities and KPIs.
• Oversee receiving and warehousing; manage non-conforming returns and backorders.
• Track inventory on hand; manage replenishment and inventory turns.
• Develop reorder point programs; improve the MRP input and setup.
• Forecast supply for A/B/C items and maintain inventory health.
• Support cost reductions through productivity and sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain ERP Item Master accuracy; manage POs and changes.
• Analyze market conditions for material availability and PO claims.
• Negotiate material costs and disposal of surplus materials.
• Establish supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Report cost fluctuations and KPIs to senior management.
