Danfoss in Louisville, KY is seeking a Materials Manager to lead warehouse, inventory, receiving, and internal logistics. You will ensure materials are available when needed, drive safety, and foster continuous improvement across the site.

You will develop a high-performing team, partner with manufacturing and cross-functional groups, and advance lean practices to improve flow, accuracy, and cost in operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years Warehouse Managing experience.
• Axapta and SAP experience a plus.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The Impact You'll Make

As a

As a Materials Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials from receiving through production and outbound distribution at our Louisville manufacturing site. Your leadership will directly support safety, operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery for our customers. In this role, you will lead warehouse, inventory, and internal logistics operations while developing a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement. By optimizing material flow and inventory management, you will help enable efficient manufacturing operations and support business growth. You will also be a key driver of lean thinking and operational excellence, creating a culture where safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing
