Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a Materials Manager for a long-term project in Lebanon, IN. You will oversee receiving, inspection, storage and transfer of all procured materials and equipment to subcontractors on site.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in materials management and be comfortable on construction sites. Responsibilities include coordinating delivery schedules, overseeing receiving processes, and administering material reporting such as MRR and OS&D, with focus on cost and schedule control.

Qualifications

• Experience level: Experienced.
• Minimum 11 years of experience.
• Education: High School.

• Advise the Procurement team of any developments that may impact the project cost, schedule and client relationship.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and timing between the job site and procurement.
• Direct and oversee the receiving process for all incoming shipments of materials and equipment.
• Implement, oversee and administer all project materials reporting processes and procedures including Material Receiving Reports (MRR) and Over, Short and Damaged reports (OS&D) and distribute to the designated project and/or client personnel.
• Perform inspections of all materials delivered to the project site.

Job Summary

A leading Construction and Engineering firm is seeking a Materials Manager for a long term project in Labanon IN. In this role you will be responsible for managing the receiving, inspection, storage and transfer of all procured materials and equipment to subcontractors at the various project sites. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in materials management and be comfortable working on construction sites.
