Benefis Health System is seeking a detail-oriented inventory coordinator for the Surgery Center and OCOM practice. You will manage inventory, monitor PAR levels, and ensure proper care and sterilization of surgical instruments.
The role involves collaborating with department staff, handling fluctuating workloads, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with policy and standards.

Responsible for the management of inventory control in collaboration with Materials Services management and staff for the Surgery Center as well as the OCOM practice. Responsible for ensuring proper care and use of surgical instruments.. . Monitors PAR levels of all surgical supplies. Cleans and sterilizes surgical instruments. Participates in departmental staff meeting and performance improvement activities.

Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.
High school diploma or GED certification required.
Materials handling / inventory experience preferred
