• Inventory & Readiness: Maintain equipment availability through delivery, cleaning, and redistribution to ensure readiness.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Materials Management Tech I supports patient care and operational reliability by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of medical and office supplies throughout the healthcare facility. This role helps maintain inventory levels, supports regulatory compliance, and contributes to a safe and efficient environment. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school diploma or associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field. Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations; experience in healthcare setting with knowledge of medical supplies and hospital logistics.

• Medical Equipment Management: Deliver clean medical equipment to designated patient care areas and establish and maintain appropriate PAR levels to ensure equipment availability and support patient care needs.
• Equipment Cleaning & Turnaround: Collect soiled medical equipment from patient care areas, clean and disinfect equipment according to established procedures, and return clean equipment to designated storage locations for continued use.
• Inventory & Readiness: Maintain equipment availability through a continuous cycle of delivery, collection, cleaning, inspection, and redistribution while ensuring equipment is clean, functional, and ready for patient use.
