Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Louisiana is seeking an inventory control associate to handle scanning, restocking par carts, and cycle counts within hospital supply chain.

You will work 8AM–5PM Monday–Friday in a full-time role, using INFOR ERP for transactions, ensuring accurate stock levels and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of OneCHRISTUS competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Utilize scanning technology for par locations.
• Cycle counting and physical inventory counting as directed.
• Order picking and packing including documentation.
• Restocking pars, inventories and pyxis.
• Unit rounding, processing, and distributing supplies in a timely manner.
• Basic understanding of product numbers and unit of measure.
• Ability to check expiration dates and maintain clean and orderly stocking areas.
• Ability to ensure a compliant ready state in all assigned areas.
• Perform tasks in INFOR (ERP System) appropriately including transactions in Par Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, and Mobile Supply Chain Mgmt.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
