Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to manage stock levels, perform cycle counts, and process order picking and packing. You will use scanning tools and INFOR ERP for transactions, ensure accurate par locations, and restock inventory in a timely manner.

The role requires basic computer skills and clear written and verbal communication. A High School Diploma is preferred, with about 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies.
• Utilize scanning technology for par locations.
• Cycle counting and physical inventory counting as directed.
• Order picking and packing including documentation.
• Restocking pars and inventories.
• Unit rounding, processing, and distributing supplies in a timely manner.
• Basic understanding of product numbers and unit of measure.
• Check expiration dates and maintain clean stocking areas.
• Ensure a compliant ready state in all assigned areas.
• Perform tasks in INFOR (ERP System) including Par Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, and Mobile Supply Chain Mgmt.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
