• Receives all materials, unpacks items, verifies against packing slips and PO.
• Performs research, follow-up and resolutions; contacts vendors for shipping errors.
• Documents requisitions and back-orders; attaches to items and routes to departments.
• Ships items to appropriate departments; stocks and maintains inventory in back-up area.
• Ensures safety and adherence to Memorial Hermann policies within budget and time guidelines.
• Supports department goals; acts as preceptor/mentor and resource as needed.
• Models compassionate, personalized care and efficient service to patients and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
