BAC is seeking a Materials Management Associate II for an on-site warehouse role focused on shipping, receiving, kitting, and aftermarket support. You’ll work under supervision, flexing to different warehouse tasks as needed, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will show reliability with basic math, strong written and verbal communication, and a willingness to learn lean methods like 5S and Kanban. This is a full-time position with standard shifts and overtime potential.

Formación

• Entry-level shop position in shipping and receiving.
• Ability to flex to other warehouse areas as needed.
• Familiar with LEAN principles including 5S and Kanban.

Responsabilidades

• Unload incoming shipments safely and document receipts.
• Count, label, and record inventory accurately.
• Kit, pack, and crate orders; maintain build paperwork.
• Create shipping labels and verify outbound orders.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts if certified and safe.
• Keep aisles clean and organized; follow safety rules.
• Communicate with team; participate in safety meetings.
