BAC is seeking an entry level Materials Management Associate II to support shipping, receiving, kitting, and aftermarket functions. The role requires basic proficiency in the assigned area with guidance from a senior colleague and flexibility to move across the department.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competent writing skills including the ability to document a process in a logical and coherent manner.
• Demonstrated oral communication skills including the ability to communicate professionally with BAC customer and co-workers.
• Competent in math including; addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractional computations, and fraction to decimal conversions.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments safely and document receipts per procedures.
• Count, label, and record inventory and place materials in proper storage locations.
• Kitting, staging, and packing orders; build crates for shipping with proper labeling.
• Create shipping labels and documentation; load outbound trucks safely and verify order accuracy.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if certified) and perform pre-operation checks.
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and work areas; support safety and lean 5S practices.
• Coordinate tasks with coworkers and supervisors; support cross-functional warehouse tasks.
