Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Materials Management Analyst in Clearwater, FL to support materials planning, procurement, operations, and inventory management within the Supply Chain & Materials Department.

You will analyze inventory positions, shortages, and supply risks, collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams, and develop reports and dashboards to improve material visibility and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel proficiency; experience with Access, SQL, Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience analyzing material availability, shortages and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory positions, shortages and supply risks to support production requirements.
• Investigate and resolve material-related issues caused by supply disruptions and demand fluctuations.
• Monitor shortage reports, open demand and past-due materials to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate daily with Procurement, Operations, Engineering and Quality to resolve shortages and maintain schedules.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analytical tools to improve material visibility.
