Neuralink is seeking a Material Management Lead to build and lead the material operations function from dock to line, delivering fast, value-driven logistics for manufacturing. You will design processes, SLAs, and a high-performing team, guiding inbound and outbound flows with strong KPIs.

The role combines on-site leadership at South San Francisco and Austin, with a focus on rapid, compliant material movement and continuous improvement in a high-rigour environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing operations, materials management, or production logistics with leadership experience.
• KPIs, performance cadences, and data-driven accountability.
• Player-coach leadership, on-dock to floor operations.
• Experience with GMP/ISO13485 and traceability in regulated environments.
• Designed scalable processes: SOPs, SLAs, training programs.
• Experience deploying inventory/warehouse systems (WMS/MES/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a shipping, IQC, and inventory team.
• Define and publish KPIs for dock-to-stock, scan adherence, and inventory accuracy.
• Own inbound logistics including customs clearance and transport management.
• Deliver fast dock-to-stock cycle times with barcode intake and structured lot creation.
• Establish packaging/labeling standards with suppliers.
• Own outbound shipments to meet customer and clinical needs.
