Responsibilities

• Leads with OneCHRISTUS competencies: Leader of Self, Others, or Leaders.
• Performs Materials Management Technician tasks as assigned.
• Masters INFOR modules: Par Specialist, Purchasing Receiver, Inventory Management, Warehouse Clerk, Mobile SCM.
• Provides critical thinking to ensure accuracy and policy adherence.
• Troubleshoots supply order issues; communicates status/ETA to leadership.
• Researches product options from vendors or CHRISTUS facilities; arranges transport as needed.
• Reviews Supply Chain and related tech systems for action.
• Assists leadership in determining substitutes with MM staff and clinical staff.
• Supports Contract Launch Packets with process verification.
• Makes parser changes as directed by leadership.
• Assists clinical staff with product knowledge.
• Performs receiving functions; interfaces with Procurement.
• Responds to INR/RNI requests; maintains service quality.
• Delivers excellent customer service and communicates changes clearly.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
