Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• 1 year of supply chain experience preferred (IC, Procurement, Planning, Operations).
• Hospital supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control tasks including scanning, picking, and restocking par carts and locations.
• Receive supplies and verify data accuracy; re-order as needed.
• Audit and verify receipts to avoid outages and issues.
• Use INFOR ERP for par specialist, purchasing receiver, inventory management, and warehouse clerk transactions.
• Conduct cycle counts and bin audits; verify reorder reports and quantities.
• Deliver supplies to departments while following policy.
• Provide customer service and follow up to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and adapt to different situations.
