The University of Miami / UHealth department of UHealth has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Materials Management Clerk 2 to work in Hialeah, FL. The Materials Management Clerk 2 (H) coordinates the transfer of raw materials, parts, and finished products, ensuring all supplies are purchased, received, inspected, and stored appropriately. This role also involves making deliveries throughout the organization and helping ensure compliance with quality standards.
The responsibilities include maintaining order documentation, approving critical supply logs, reviewing product use, coordinating inventory ordering for optimal pricing, resolving supply issues, checking expiration dates, assisting with unloading inventory, and serving as a team lead for junior staff.
Specific functions involve performing receiving and delivery functions, maintaining records, coordinating pickups and deliveries, managing inventory levels, and ensuring safety and organization in work areas. The role also requires leadership in shipping and receiving documentation and coordinating emergency deliveries.
