Thomson Reuters is hiring a Materials Management Associate for the Eagan, Minnesota printing plant. The role includes operating a PIV forklift, managing balers, and ensuring accurate inventory and receipts. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days in role.

The position requires 1–2+ years in a shipping/warehouse setting, High School Diploma or GED, and preferred SAP experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Preference for lift truck experience.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environment.
• Preference for SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a PIV forklift with lifting devices to move products and materials.
• Monitor balers and trim collection, including periodic roof access for jams.
• Grade paper for recycling and manage weight and bale counts.
• Unload/load trucks and perform goods receipts and cycle counting.
• Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MII) and RF equipment to transact material movements.
• Pick, sort, or pack items ensuring on-time delivery in good condition.
• Inventory materials and finished goods and maintain records.
• Document activities on Tier Boards and communicate via 2‑way radios.
