Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Materials Management Analyst II in Tampa to manage material inventories and reporting. The role focuses on days of supply, aging materials, and risk mitigation through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Supply Chain analytics, a BA/BS in a related field, and experience in food/beverage manufacturing is highly desirable. On-site in Tampa with strong growth opportunities.

• Support cost-saving and sustainability initiatives via analytics.
• Extract data from multiple sources and present in reports, charts, and graphs.
• Lead standardization for inventory and aging processes.

Summary Description:

• The Materials Management Analyst II will be responsible for material inventory metrics and tracking execution, such as days of supply, excess inventory, and aged materials.

Essential Functions:

• Material Projection analysis
  • Includes tracking, communicating, analyzing, and evaluating material inventories
  • Include manual adjustments to account for actual performance and delta changes
• Manage and communicate inventory analysis reports to key stakeholders (Account Managers, Production Planners, Material Planners).
• Use critical thinking to build scenarios and analyze solutions to mitigate exposure risk ($)
• Project and analyze month-end inventory across all materials.
• Extension requests upon material expiration.
• Project and analyze month-end exposure risk for all aged materials to accounting and Supply Chain Finance.
• Assist Project Management in projects that arise for cost savings and/or sustainability initiatives.
• Extract data from a variety of sources and provide analysis in presentable formats such as reports, charts, and graphs.
• Generate, interpret, validate, and summarize monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports as needed to support and drive business initiatives.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Lead standardization for inventory and aging processes.
• Monitors and supports the following functions:
  • Procurement
  • Finance
  • Master Data
  • Production Planner
  • Materials Planner
• This role is also responsible for playing the role as super user (Key User) for Supply Chain Planning, reporting and deployment.
• Additionally, this role supports ad-hoc business analytics / reporting to identify trends and support the rundown, launches, and deactivation

Proficiency Level:

• Possesses beginning to working-level knowledge of subject matter. Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Leading, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Education and Experience:

• 3 – 5 years experience working in Supply Chain analysis
• BA/BS in Business or Supply Chain preferred
• Prior experience in food/ beverage manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain highly desirable.

Working Conditions:

• Physical Demands– Continuously sitting for prolonged periods, as the job is administrative in nature.
• Visual/Sensory – This position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time.
• Work environment – Work and environment is fast pace, requiring ability to remain focused under pressure. Office based with HR guidelines.
• Mental Stress – There is pronounced pressure from deadlines, project management, accuracy, or similar demands.

Travel Requirements:

• Based in Tampa corporate office with minimal travel requirements.
