Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking an experienced Materials Manager to supervise receiving, inventory control, and material handling across the warehouse. You will plan labor, manage resources, and drive efficiency while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in a high-volume production environment, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This position is on-site in the United States with eligibility for an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• People leader experience for small to medium sized teams (10 – 20 direct reports).
• Experience directing work for Contingent Workers.
• 3-5 years in a high-volume production environment.
• 1 – 2 years Material Handling experience.
• 1 – 2 years Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving and warehouse inventory control processes to ensure materials are accurately tracked and controlled, supporting safe and efficient production.
• Oversee material handling activities to ensure machines are supplied with the correct materials and envelopes with proper lead times and inventory levels.
• Plan, schedule, and manage labor and other resources to meet workflow and production volume requirements.
• Supervise inventory management and production support staff, including assigning work and adjusting labor levels as needed.
• Prepare written reports and data analysis for department leadership to support data-driven decisions.
