Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in supply chain planning (such as materials planning, logistics capacity planning, or customer order management) to orchestrate end-to-end logistics.
• Experience with logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the order life-cycle to ensure timely and precise fulfillment and delivery.
• Facilitate logistics communications, including status updates, tracking, and proactive problem-solving.
• Investigate delivery exceptions and implement solutions to improve future operational performance.
• Oversee carrier selection and route planning to balance cost-effectiveness with on-time delivery.
• Leverage enterprise software to track shipments, analyze transit data, and automate tracking.
