Responsibilities

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management: end-to-end material logistics including kit prep, inventory tracking, and campsite delivery setup.
• Program & Operational Planning: oversee enrichment program prep, manage material assembly, scheduling, supply ordering, and protocols.
• Warehouse & Workspace Management: maintain a clean, organized central workspace and optimize inventory flow.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: communicate with headquarters and on-site leadership to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Performance Evaluation & Optimization: assess supply chain performance and document new methods to optimize operations.
