Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling incoming materials and matching paperwork to POs.
• Strong emphasis on data accuracy and reporting.
• Familiarity with ISO procedures and warehouse safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Validate receipts paperwork against supplier shipping tickets.
• Receive materials against purchase orders into Viewpoint Construction Software.
• Coordinate deliveries with Purchasing and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a public work order status board and communicate with field personnel.
• Ensure purchase orders are filled with accuracy from vendors.
• Oversee inbound material deliveries from suppliers for backorder tracking.
• Communicate backorders with vendors and update ship dates.
• Assist in developing solutions to problem areas and streamline processes.
• Compile and report periodic statistics on work orders and process trends.
• Follow safety and health systems and maintain required documentation.
• Inspect and maintain storage areas and warehouse cleanliness.
• Perform loading/unloading and other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
