Participants rotate through quarry operations, plant administration, environmental compliance, quality control, safety, HMA operations, and sales. The program blends on-the-job experience, formal training, mentorship, and leadership development, preparing graduates for roles such as Assistant Plant Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or better in a related field, with strong academics.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Well organized and efficient time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
