Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; associate degree may be considered with relevant experience.
• Minimum GPA around 3.5 or higher preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through quarry operations, plant administration, environmental compliance, quality control, safety, HMA operations, and sales.
• Participate in structured rotations to develop a broad understanding of Peckham's materials business.
• Support data analysis, material sampling, testing, and KPI monitoring for quality control.
• Assist with mine planning, regulatory compliance, and safety initiatives across locations.
• Develop leadership potential for future roles such as Assistant Plant Manager.
