Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the materials function and staff in the area.
• Drive continuous improvement in material performance metrics.
• Develop production plans and forecasts with Plant and Operations Manager.
• Manage inventory, cycle counting, and MRP requirements to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with BOS, ISO/IATF-16949, SOX, and customer requirements.
• Lead training and development plans; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Launch Team for material and system setup.
