Job summary

MedStar Health in Baltimore area is seeking an inventory/materials handler to receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, supplies and equipment for the facility. You will maintain inventory levels, restock carts, and ensure clean, sanitary conditions in the Food Service area where applicable.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, preparing related documentation, and assisting in the service and storage of food as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year 6 months related experience required.
• Experience with computerized inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; manage stock levels and reorder points.
• Prepare reports and records; verify shipments against orders.
• Receive, unload, and distribute materials and supplies.
