Job summary

North American Stamping Group seeks a Materials/Inventory Control professional to ensure on-time order shipping, maintain inventory integrity, and coordinate with materials teams. You will manage part releases, verify containers, and support ISO 16949 initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and hands-on problem solving, with proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills for records and TS16949.
• Ability to work daily schedules and extended hours as needed.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time shipping of customer orders with accurate counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and storage conditions.
• Release and ensure delivery of processor parts; manage containers and shipments.
• Coordinate with materials coordinators and purchasing.
• Contribute to ISO 16949 implementation and maintenance.
• Reduce costs while maintaining required quality levels.
• Oversee inventories and labor scheduling.
