Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in a warehouse or production setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound warehouse and material flow operations across receiving and kitting.
• Ensure accurate and timely material receipt, transactions, and availability.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, issue resolution, and corrective actions.
• Establish and enforce standard work, safety practices, and warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Quality, and Procurement.
