Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, materials management, or related fields.
• Experience using computer systems for inventory, order processing, data entry, or transaction management.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to operate or become certified on forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision while following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify shipments against documentation.
• Process inventory transactions within the computerized inventory system.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and stock availability.
• Support order fulfillment activities and shipping documentation.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits; respond to stock inquiries.
• Coordinate material movements across shipping, receiving, warehouse, and assembly; operate material handling equipment as needed.
