Job summary

Valmet Flow Control Inc. in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Processor to support shipping, receiving, inventory and assembly operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, materials management, order processing, or a related field.
• Experience using computer systems for inventory, order processing, data entry, or transaction management.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to operate or become certified on forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision while following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of materials and inventory across shipping, receiving, warehouse and assembly operations.
• Receive incoming goods, verify shipments, and process inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and respond to stock availability inquiries.
• Support order fulfillment and prepare shipping documentation.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate movement of materials and operate material handling equipment as needed across departments.
