Job summary

Rock West Composites, Inc. in San Diego, CA (Otay Mesa) seeks a Materials Clerk to support materials control on a 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00pm–7:30am).

You will handle incoming/outgoing shipments, maintain organized supply areas, operate a forklift, and assist with inventory and material documentation. Requirements include a high school diploma, forklift certification, valid driver’s license, carpentry tool experience, and bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Basic carpentry tool knowledge for shipping containers.

Responsibilities

• Carefully handle fragile hardware for inbound/outbound items and coordinate shipments.
• Maintain organized supply areas.
• Operate forklifts to load/unload shipments.
• Assist with monthly inventory and provide accurate information affecting financials.
• Verify material logs and legal reporting of material usage.
• Follow inspection procedures.
