Job summary

HM Electronics in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Stockroom Clerk II for our Materials Support area. You will manage stock, perform cycle counts, replenish inventory, and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.

The role runs on a first shift from 6:30am to 3:00pm and involves material handling, receiving, and lean initiatives. The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma and about 1 year of related experience, with RF experience and forklift certification as preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Windows, Teams, training software).
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Basic math skills for quantities and measurements.
• Good time management and organization.
• RF experience is preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Stockroom duties including FIFO inventory control and put-away.
• Perform inventory support: cycle counts, picking, labeling, and material movements in ERP.
• Receiving duties: cross-train to Receiving Clerk I functions.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in Lean initiatives.
• Administrative duties and teamwork to support manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
