Gear Up Sports is seeking a Materials Handler (Warehouse) in Hillsboro, OR to help process orders, manage inventory, and ensure quality during fast-paced production cycles.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, cycle counts, ERP updates, and cross-training in a collaborative team environment. Overtime may be required during peak seasons, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

• Able to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Rate

• $18.00 Per Hour


• Position Summary — We are looking for a Materials Handler (Warehouse) to start ASAP. You will be cross-trained in multiple facets of the production process and will be expected to train others working in a collaborative environment while meeting production goals and adhering to strict quality standards.

Responsibilities Include

Order Fulfillment

• Process orders promptly and accurately.


• Pick, pack, and ship products efficiently.


• Collaborating with a team helps to ensure orders are picked up on time.

Inventory Management

• Support inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.


• Conduct regular cycle counts and collaborate with the team to update the ERP system.


• Coordinate with other departments.

Quality Control

• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects.


• Ensure items meet quality standards before loading them onto the truck.


• Document any discrepancies and collaborate with the team lead.

Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to optimize warehouse processes.


• Communicate effectively with the assistant manager and team leaders.


• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.


• Practice safe working principles.


• Active participation in continuous improvement.

Other

• Other duties as assigned.
