Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize daily actions.
• Motivated self-starter with ability to work under general supervision.
• Intermediate computer skills for daily tasks and records.
• Experience with carrier shipments (DHL, UPS, FedEx).
• Experience with import/export materials procedures and customs regulations.
• Ability to identify parts/materials from specifications or drawings.

Responsibilities

• Package orders for the Assembly team according to assigned orders.
• Assist Production Supervisors with KPI requirements (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost).
• Maintain accurate counts and records of daily transactions of materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Package, label, and weigh items for shipping ensuring items are in good condition.
• Use tools, gauges, hoisting, weighing equipment, and automated equipment as needed.
• Gather hourly shipment stats and take corrective actions to meet goals.
• Prepare spaces for storing all materials.
