Job summary

Taylor Defense Products LLC in Louisville, MS is seeking a Material Handler to receive, identify, box, and store service parts. You will retrieve parts for production lines, ensure proper serialization, and help maintain orderly storage locations.

Responsibilities include reviewing shipments for accuracy, selecting appropriate shipping methods, operating Forklift and Overhead Crane, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of job experience or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required for inventory and part tracking.
• Forklift operation experience is preferred and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, box, and store service parts in an orderly manner.
• Retrieve parts as directed by production line and ensure serialization.
• Assist supervisor in setting up and maintaining storage locations and cleanliness.
• Review parts before shipment for accuracy and proper shipping method (UPS, 2nd day, ground, etc.).
• Operate equipment such as Forklift and Overhead Crane as needed.
• Pull and place parts into inventory and manage locations.
• Keep the blasting booth full as part of responsibilities.
