Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Machine Operator experience
• Experience with Standard Operating Procedures and process requirements
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs., stand and walk, climb stairs, and perform stooping, bending, and leaning tasks throughout the shift
• Mechanically inclined, production-oriented, and safety and quality conscious
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Valid Driver's License
• On-site training provided for forklift operation

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and visually inspect various automotive components
• Packing parts according to SOP instructions
• Operate and maintain Shot Blast equipment, loading and unloading components
• Clean shot blast room and work area throughout the shift
• Use computer systems and barcode scanners for lot traceability of components
• Understand production schedules and daily assembly requirements
• Support other operations during periods of low shot blast demand
