Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or kitting roles; sheet metal or electrical assembly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory practices.
• Basic computer skills; able to use scanners and printers.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Pull, verify, and stage materials according to travelers, BOMs, and schedules.
• Read work orders, schematics, and part lists to identify required components.
• Label and organize kits for transfer to assembly or fabrication areas.
• Ensure material quality and quantity; report shortages or defects.
• Coordinate with inventory control to maintain stock levels.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts to move kits and materials.
• Maintain 5S and lean manufacturing in staging areas.
• Assist with receiving, cycle counting, and other materials tasks.
• Collaborate with production, planning, and purchasing to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
