Job summary

US Cotton is seeking a warehouse/materials handler to support production by moving raw materials, stocking storage areas, and ensuring accurate inventory records. You will work with receiving and production teams to keep materials flowing and warehouses organized.

Responsibilities include AS400 data entry, material checks, and housekeeping. This is a full-time role requiring high school completion and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs in a climate with temperature variations.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
  • AS400 knowledge and tow motor operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Move raw materials from receiving to designated areas in production.
  • Supply production departments with required raw materials.
  • Return unused materials to warehouse locations.
  • Enter all material movements into the system (AS400).
  • Maintain housekeeping in storage and receiving areas.
  • Locate products and prep warehouse locations for production runs.
  • Check item codes and quantities against work orders.
  • Transfer products within warehouse to keep space available for production.
  • Handle receiving duties as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
