Job summary

U.S. Cotton, LLC in Belmont, NC seeks a full-time Materials Handler to maintain steady raw material levels and support up to eight machines during production. You will set up supplies, document scrap and materials, operate basic equipment, follow safety rules, and assist other positions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Experience in manufacturing/warehouse is preferred; high school diploma or GED required; shifts across all times available.

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or GED.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Adequate English and basic math skills required.
Able to operate powered industrial equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain required levels of raw materials at all times for up to eight machines.
Set up all the supplies needed to begin production.
Wrap all completed skids and document materials.
Keep area safe and clean by sweeping the designated section.
Weigh and document all scrap, recycle, and bulk materials.
Complete all required paperwork and documentation.
Assist other positions within the department as needed.
