Job summary

Oceaneering is seeking a Material Handler to perform routine inventory, shipping and receiving under supervision at our Florida site. This role supports warehouse operations for our Manufactured Products team, ensuring accurate stock records and orderly storage.

Responsibilities include counting and packing stock, preparing outbound shipments, verifying counts, operating forklift equipment, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of warehouse experience.
• Valid state-issued driver's license is required.
• TWIC credential must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using a mobile computer.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
• Prepare parcels and crates for outbound shipments.
• Verify inventory counts of stock items and notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or labeling equipment.
• Operate Material Handling equipment, including forklift operation, pallet jacks, and carts.
• Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover and environmental factors.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
• Aid other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
• Always maintains a safe, clean and organized work area
• Other duties as assigned.
