Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE) is seeking a Materials Handler to ensure inventory organization, accurate data recording, and safe operations on a daytime schedule. You will follow supervisor guidance and support production by locating and moving materials, while maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

Ideal candidates read and interpret simple instructions, perform basic math and tape measure reading, and work well with others in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Able to write and do basic math.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the physical organization of inventory and return items to proper locations.
• Support production with picking items required for manufacturing.
• Follow directions from the Production Supervisor and senior team members.
• Maintain department cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
