Job summary

Briggs & Stratton, LLC. is seeking a Material Handler to support production by handling incoming and outgoing materials.

The role requires forklift operation, proficiency in Excel and SAP, and strong English communication in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous material handling experience preferred.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Some physical demand; often lifts light weight material. Rarely lifting/moving average weight (25-50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material.

Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)

Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours)

Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)

Exposure to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
