Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to ensure smooth flow of materials across the facility. You will move raw materials, components, and finished goods, while maintaining accurate inventory and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, staging materials, cycle counts, and equipment operation. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to 5S principles in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a material handler in manufacturing or warehouse is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying quantities and condition of shipments.
• Stage materials for production lines based on work orders and schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory through scanning, labeling, and documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory processes.
• Store materials in designated locations following established processes.
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas aligned with 5s principles.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, following all safety regulations.
