Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Tugger Driver to move painted units to the assembly area and return empty carts to the paint department. You will operate PIV equipment pulling trailers, log inventory with RF scanners, and collaborate with paint and assembly leads to ensure timely operations.

The role requires English communication, basic math, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team. A strong emphasis on safety, organization, and training support is key to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory or material handling preferred.
• Experience using RF scanning devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken, reading, writing).
• Basic counting and arithmetic.
• Good organization, attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tugger and drive PIV pulling two large trailers.
• Perform inventory transactions with a handheld scanner.
• Coordinate with paint and assembly leads to meet department needs.
• Assist other material handlers, work on the assembly line and organize units.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns.
• Support training of new team members and use hand tools as needed.
