Job summary

Legend Brands in Burlington, WA, is seeking a Material Handler I/II to move, stage, and document parts for production. You will help maintain continuous material flow, support inventory control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and quality.

The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to work 5:00 am–3:30 pm, and forklift experience preferred. Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and data-entry tools is a plus. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Process driven with strong attention to detail.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with handhelds or computers preferred.
• Knowledgeable with ERP or WMS system preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Stock, pick and replenish parts/materials for production.
• Communicate closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Quality.
• Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry and archive records.
• Work with ERP, WMS, UPS/FedEx, TMS, Bar Tender systems.
• Participate in inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Look for and facilitate process improvements.
• Print and distribute labels, manuals, and other materials.
• Operate reach truck, forklift or other material handling equipment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
