Job summary

Legend Brands in Burlington, WA, is seeking a Material Handler I/II to move, stage, and document parts for production. You will help maintain continuous material flow, support inventory control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and quality.

The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to work 5:00 am–3:30 pm, and forklift experience preferred. Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and data-entry tools is a plus. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Look for and facilitate process improvements.
• Print and distribute labels, manuals, and other materials.
• Operate reach truck, forklift or other material handling equipment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Legend Brands is hiring for a Material Handler I/II for our Burlington WA headquarters. Position is on the day shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Job Summary

The Material Handler I/II is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely movement, staging, and documentation of materials that support assembly line operations. They ensure continuous material flow, assist with inventory control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and maintain quality standards.

Material Handler I

Material Handler I is the entry-level classification in the Material Handler Series and is intended for individuals with a minimum of 0 years related work experience.

Material Handler II

This is the next level of the Material Handler series and is required to have a minimum of 1 year of previous experience and working knowledge and competent demonstration of the following:

• Competence in all Material Handler essential duties and minimum qualifications
• Create and execute transfers between sites
• Process inbound paperwork, transfers, and purchase orders in the system
• Review and confirm production schedules daily
• Certified to operate 2 or more types of forklifts
• Ability to work in 2 or more areas

Hiring Range

$18.00 - $23.00/hour DOE
